For an item to be eligible for a return:

• It must be in perfect condition , suitable for resale.
• Not used .
• In its original packaging .
• Accompanied by all possible accessories .
• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

No returns will be accepted without prior request.
Once your request is accepted, we will provide you with shipping instructions (return address, packaging tips, etc.).

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer .
It is up to you to choose a shipping method with tracking number and, if necessary, to insure the package .
We are not responsible for loss or damage to the package during return transport.

We will refund you the full amount of the returned items , excluding initial delivery charges , within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return, provided that the products are complete and in perfect condition.

If the return is validated, the refund will be automatically made to your original payment method .
Please note that processing by your bank or card provider may take a few additional days.

We will review your request and, if necessary, provide you with a return label and return instructions.
